🌟 Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for sellers from listing agreement to contract.

• Coordinate photography, staging, signage, lockboxes, and marketing materials.

• Prepare and input listings into MLS and internal systems accurately and on time.

• Manage listing timelines, appointments, and vendor coordination (photographers, cleaners, stagers, etc.).

• Communicate consistently with clients throughout the listing process.

• Support agents and leadership with listing paperwork and compliance.

• Track key performance metrics and assist with reporting.

• Keep CRM, Trello, and other internal systems updated and organized.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in real estate, office management, or project coordination.

• Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking ability.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MLS, CRMs, and project management tools.

• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Ability to stay calm under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.

• A North Carolina Real Estate License is required.
